Abstract
This release contains custom MATLAB scripts written by Mai-Anh Vu to run the 2-cue Pavlovian task (see Bouabid et al., 2025; Bouabid, Bu, et al., 2026). These were written and executed in MATLAB 2015b and are also compatible with 2016 releases of MATLAB. Other compatibility has not been tested.
