UIST
Abstract
This paper proposes the UIST Framework (Symmetric Nonlocal Bi-Scalar Gravity), a theoretical extension of General Relativity designed to resolve the classical singularity problem. By introducing a Symmetric Gaussian Kernel, the model establishes a nonlocal interaction between two coupled scalar fields: the Driver Field (Ψ) and the Response Field (𝜙). This "Master Wave" interaction introduces a fundamental length scale (𝐿) that effectively "smears" energy densities, preventing the infinite collapse predicted by standard Einsteinian physics. In the high-energy limit, the framework predicts the formation of a finite-density, de Sitter-like core that replaces the gravitational singularity. Key features include: Singularity Regularisation: Elimination of black hole singularities through kernel-mediated smoothing. 26-Mode Stability: Compatibility with the 26-dimensional critical framework of Bosonic String Theory. Correspondence Principle: Mathematical recovery of General Relativity as the nonlocal scale 𝐿→0
