Abstract

We present Relational Consistency Theory (RCT), a framework in which spacetime is not a fundamental background manifold but an emergent macroscopic property of a discrete network of coupled quantum phase oscillators. By defining the induced metric tensor as the pullback of phase-space gradients, we demonstrate that minimizing network synchronization tension recovers the Einstein-Hilbert action in the continuum limit. Perturbations around the synchronized vacuum naturally yield the Fierz-Pauli action for a massless spin-2 field. Furthermore, we show that cosmological expansion emerges from the topological pitchfork bifurcation of a primordial scalar state, without necessitating an inflaton field. Finally, we resolve the dark sector through generalized phase-coupling dynamics. We prove that phase-shifted standing waves (thermal inversion) produce the flat rotation curves of galaxies without particulate dark matter, while inverted topological defects (antimass) generate repulsive metric signatures that naturally account for cosmic voids and dark energy. RCT provides a rigorously unified, falsifiable bridge between discrete quantum topology and continuum gravitation.
