Abstract

This document outlines the theoretical and empirical application of the Geomet-ric Framework of Knowledge to biological composite networks, specifically targetingthe reversal of follicular miniaturization (hair loss). Utilizing the framework’s 7-StepDerivation Template, we map the macroscopic interaction dynamics of Dermal PapillaCells (DPCs) to derive the precise structural stability thresholds required for continu-ous growth. We further specify the hardware architecture for a non-invasive, substrate-neutral actuator (The Geometric Resonance Cap) and detail a low-cost, in vitro experi-mental protocol to empirically validate the required resonant frequencies and geometricstrain limits
