Abstract

This paper outlines the applied engineering and material science required toconstruct a physical zero-point energy extraction device, rooted in the GeometricalFoundation of Knowledge. By utilizing a dual-layer topological boundary—comprisinga Bismuth-alloy topological insulator matrix and a graphene neural lattice—we pro-pose a testable mechanism for capturing the structural tension of the overarching4D rhombohedral graph. Furthermore, we outline an asymmetric, high-frequencypulsed duty cycle (1022 Hz) to manage thermal bleed-off, alongside a rigorous 4Kelvin cryogenic bench test to empirically verify sub-atomic geometric friction andanomalous energy generation.
