"This dataset includes the clinical progress chart (PCL-5 scores) showing PTSD symptom reduction from pre-treatment (score ≈ 63) to post-treatment (score ≈ 28) for an asylum-seeking woman undergoing CPT. All patient identifying information has been removed to ensure anonymity."
