Abstract

This dataset contains the large supplementary tables (S2, S5, S8, S9, S10, and S11) supporting the manuscript titled "Microbial transcriptional reprogramming defines tumour-restricted antigens from taxonomically overlapping microbiomes". Due to the large file sizes of these specific datasets (e.g., the comprehensive predicted binding affinity matrix in Table 11, and single-cell TCR sequences in Table 8), which exceed the standard submission system limits, they are hosted here to facilitate the peer-review process and ensure data accessibility. Table S2 | Taxonomy of the curated tumour microbial reference dataset. Table S5 | Peptides identified by immunopeptidomics in tumour sample. Table S8 | Single-cell TCR sequences and clonotype annotations. Table S9 | Microbial peptides from CRC-associated bacteria. Table S10 | T cells annotated with clonal expansion and binding affinity. Table S11 | Predicted binding affinity between expanded TCR clonotypes and microbial peptides.
