Abstract

This dataset contains extracted data from 41 studies included in the systematic review on ovarian cancer classification using Machine Learning and Deep Learning approaches. Files include: 1. Complete data extraction spreadsheet with study characteristics, performance metrics, and quality assessment scores. 2. Systematic review protocol (Sup1 is a complete methodology). 3. Supplementary materials (Sup2, Sup3, etc.) containing additional tables, figures, and detailed information supporting the systematic review findings. 4. Quality assessment tools and scoring rubrics used to evaluate the included studies. 5. Search strategy documentation including databases searched, keywords used, and inclusion/exclusion criteria applied. 6. Data extraction forms and templates used during the review process. This dataset aims to promote transparency, reproducibility, and reusability of the systematic review findings. Researchers can use this data to verify our results, conduct secondary analyses, or extend the work with new studies.
