Abstract

This video demonstrates the operation of the prototype scintillator cube inspection and screening system described in Section 4 of the associated manuscript. The system consists of a motorized rotating stage equipped with eight cube platforms and six cameras that capture images of all six faces of each cube. After manual placement of a cube and triggering the system, the inspection process proceeds automatically, including stage rotation, image acquisition, image analysis, and sorting. The video shows the sequential process of cube loading, imaging at two positions, and automatic classification based on measured cube dimensions, hole positions, and surface protrusions. This prototype system achieves an average inspection time of approximately 6 seconds per cube and demonstrates stable operation and automated quality control using image analysis.
