Abstract
This paper mathematically connects seemingly unrelated phenomena across optics, biology, and cosmology. It derives the rainbow angle and Kleiber’s 3/4 scaling law entirely from the refractive index of water (n=4/3). furthermore, the thesis talks of predictions made in previous papers were observed as predicted by several officila observations.
