SushiLab/kTYPr: v1.0.1
Abstract
kTYPr is a command-line tool for predicting K-antigen type classifications in Escherichia coli using HMM-based annotation profiling. It supports both whole-genome and flanking-region prediction modes and can be run in parallel on multiple files. Stable update including updates requested in the final revision of the associated manuscript. Updated with 6 extra K types. Minor fixes when no parallel run is selected. Improved genbank streamlining, including adding genes not hitting HMMs and handling multirecords, for full compatibility with clinker. Added the option to run kTYPr without filtering by internal cutoffs.
