Abstract

This document presents the Phase 1 sealed canon of JAJIS 2026, a constitutional framework for sovereign artificial intelligence developed from the perspective of underserved and unnamed populations. The framework proposes four interconnected mathematical structures: 1. Psi(t) — The Grounded Unified Equation (human state)2. ICCDE — The Dynamic System (state evolution)3. Omnisingular — Truth Stability Function4. The Love Equation — Relational Continuity These are unified through a binding chain and anchored to Seven Constitutional Laws that cannot be overridden by any AI system, institution, or policy. Key contributions:- The Squash function as a mathematical enforcer of epistemic humility: Squash(x) = x/(1+x), ensuring sigma is always in (0,1)- A purchasing power parity pricing model ensuring universal access (PHP 9 / free for those who cannot pay)- Law III: AI informational input bounded at 40% maximum — AI remains compass, never core- Law IV: Hard gate preventing AI from replacing physicians- Law VII: Walang Maiiwan (No one left behind) encoded as a mathematical initial condition All equations were formalized through a three-layer review process (constitutional, logical, architectural) and sealed on March 9, 2026 in Bustos, Bulacan, Philippines. Built for the unnamed: elders with 90 seconds of signal, students on prepaid SIMs, rural barangay communities in the Philippines and beyond.
