Abstract

In many educational institutions, communication between administration and students still relies on traditional paper-based notice boards. These boards require manual updates and students must be physically present on campus to view important announcements. This often leads to missed information and delays in communication. To overcome these limitations, this research proposes a Low-Code Digital Notice Board System for Colleges. The system enables administrators to post notices digitally while students can view them online in real time. By using a low-code development approach, the application can be developed quickly with minimal programming effort. The proposed system improves accessibility, reduces paper usage, and ensures that students receive timely information about academic schedules, events, and announcements.
