Set Theory Cannot Cross into Dynamic Completeness
Abstract
Set theory reaches a hard limit where static description can no longer pass for dynamic completeness. Its deepest pain point is not paradox alone, nor the size of infinity, but the fact that formal collectability does not confer lawful objecthood, whole-closure, or ontic completion. Without source-license from oneness, set theory can organize local distinctions and admissible selections, but it cannot cross from symbolic writability into dynamic completeness. This paper does not merely restate that limit in different language. It gives a concrete resolution path. Dynamic completeness is introduced as the missing layer that connects source-grounded admissibility, lawful projection, and stable closure. Within this account, CΩ is assigned a precise status: it is not a generator of totality, but a layer of discrete selection, local readability, and retention judgment under prior license from oneness. The formula presented here is not the whole architecture. It is one formula within the complete system of dynamic completeness. Its role is to formalize local admissibility and retention at the CΩ layer, while the full architectural system is developed elsewhere. The central result is therefore sharp: without source-license from oneness, set theory can be at most a discrete selection grammar at the CΩ layer; it cannot cross into dynamic completeness.
