States the principal results in condensed form, formally introduces and defines the Octet-Hopfion Condensate (OHC) — the ground-state field configuration of the BCT interior condensate Ψ₂, characterised by Hopf invariant H=1 — and locates Appendix JH within the BCT publication programme.
