Abstract

This publication constitutes the new Zenodo release of the Pre-Universal Treatise on the Six Laws within the CMDE corpus, in Edition 2.0. The record contains two separate PDF documents: the treatise in Italian and the treatise in English. This release supersedes the previous Zenodo version of the work and preserves the same foundational scope as a descriptive and genealogical treatment of the six pre-universal laws, while updating the editorial and conceptual discipline of the text where required. The revision makes explicit the status of the treatise as a genealogical and semantic document, clarifies the rule of normative precedence according to which formulas, parameters, and numerical implementation remain governed by the canonical CMDE 4.1 specification, and sharpens the distinction between interpretive framework and operational formalization. It also revises the enunciations where necessary in order to eliminate ambiguities that could invite technically incorrect readings, in particular regarding the treatment of the primordial singularity as a logarithmic limit of the informational trace in log-time, the non-microphysical status of Laws 2–4, and the genealogical, non-negationist formulation of representational space in Law 6. No new physical hypotheses are introduced, and the treatise does not replace the canonical metric specification; it serves instead as the updated descriptive and foundational companion to the CMDE framework. For citations, use the DOI of the current Zenodo version.
