Abstract

EN: A de Sitter volume/area consistency relation links the QCD benchmark, cosmography, and Newton’s constant as a quantitative cross-check. This manuscript is part of a series of 17 papers (A–S). For a compact self-contained guide to the full program, including epistemic levels, falsification roadmap, and all DOIs, see the program summary: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19218767 Abstract We derive a consistency relation between the microphysical QCD input, encoded in kappa through rho_DE = kappa G_N mu_*^6 with mu_* = (m_pi F_pi^2 / 4pi)^(1/3), and the cosmographic datum L_dS = c / H_Lambda of the effective late-time de Sitter state. The key point is to separate three explicit assumptions: FRW plus a Tier-2 reading in which local vacuum offsets Lambda_ren do not act as a physical source and a global residual rho_res fixed by a boundary condition may remain; the existence of a UV-finite bulk effective information/entropy functional of the form S_eff(L) = xi_scan (L / l_*)^3 with l_* = mu_*^-1 and calculable xi_scan in QCD; and a holographic consistency condition that allows saturation at late time. Under these assumptions we prove a volume/area theorem: the cell count N_cells = (L_dS / l_*)^3 satisfies N_cells = L_dS^2 / [alpha(kappa) l_Pl^2], so that one obtains the cubic relation l_*^3 = alpha(kappa) l_Pl^2 L_dS. Numerically, using kappa from the dispersive QCD block and H_Lambda from Planck 2018 or SH0ES, we infer a G_N^req consistent with CODATA 2022 within an error budget dominated by (H_0, Omega_Lambda) and the hadronic uncertainty in kappa. We emphasize that this is a cross-check and requires an external dimensional input; it does not constitute a closure of G_N without cosmography.
