xxxxxi0001/BARNO: BARNO v1.0.0 – Initial release
Abstract
Initial release of BARNO (Batch-Aware Regulatory Network Optimization). BARNO is a regulatory network inference framework designed to reduce batch-driven transcription factor signals while preserving biologically meaningful regulatory structure in heterogeneous transcriptomic datasets. Main features: Batch-aware regulatory network optimization based on GENIE3 Exponential penalty for regulators dominated by heterogeneous sample expression Pseudotime and state-score based regulatory trajectory analysis Multi-layer transcription factor cascade visualization Survival analysis module for regulatory signature evaluation Fully implemented as an R package BARNO can be applied to transcriptomic datasets containing: TPM expression matrix Cell/sample annotations Treatment or condition labels The software is designed for analyzing regulatory dynamics in heterogeneous datasets such as single-cell RNA-seq and patient-derived transcriptomic data.
