Abstract
Self-contained review consolidating VFD Papers I–XXXVII. Presents theoretical foundations (Jordan-frame action, Coleman–Weinberg potential, conformal coupling), field equations in both frames, chameleon screening mechanism, four regimes of vacuum modulation, observational compatibility with all current precision tests, and five independent experimental predictions. All known errata from the paper series are corrected; see Consolidated Erratum (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19067779). Serves as the canonical reference for the VFD framework.
