Abstract
Human-Native First (HNF) translates the core findings of the corpus into a strategic response to rising cognitive density and the erosion of human agency. It defines a human-compatible trajectory in which technology reduces cognitive cost without displacing the human role in interpretation, judgment, and responsibility.
