Abstract

Computational Logic of Time (CLT) is a minimal, system-independent formal framework for expressing and evaluating temporal propositions over discrete, ordered state sequences. CLT corresponds to Linear Temporal Logic (LTL) interpreted over a single linear trace, while eliminating transition systems and branching semantics. It operates directly on an explicit state mapping S : T → Σ. This document defines the formal model, syntax, and evaluation semantics of CLT v1.0. CLT is intended for use in systems requiring formal evaluation and verification of temporal properties over state sequences.
