Abstract

Taken together, these four files provide: the primary theory and instrument architecture, the companion ethical clarification layer, the formalized record of preliminary calibration and bounded testing, and the supporting case-bank used for richer pilot scoring. That makes one coherent Zenodo project deposit under one DOI, with REV-7 as the primary file and the others functioning as structured companion materials. This deposit groups four related files under a single project DOI centered on a bounded legibility-first interpretation framework for institutional decision-making under uncertainty. The package combines the primary conceptual manuscript, a short companion clarification note on the ethical layer, a consolidated pre-empirical technical record, and a richer synthetic pilot corpus appendix. The files are intended to be read together as one architecture with distinct functions rather than as four separate and unrelated contributions. Included files REV-7_legibility_first_framework_zenodo_ready.docx Primary manuscript. This is the main publication-ready paper presenting the legibility-first interpretation framework, its governance-orientation principles, lightweight formal specification layer, institutional assessment instruments, bounded contribution statement, and ethical posture. It serves as the conceptual and formal anchor of the deposit. 10 Ethics for Interpretation_cleaned_note.docx Companion explanatory note. This short essay clarifies the ethical orientation underlying the framework and distills the governance-orientation principles into a more compact explanatory form. It should be read as a support note to the main manuscript rather than as a separate empirical or standalone framework paper. Pre-Empirical_Validation_Battery_Consolidated_Technical_Record.docx Consolidated technical record. This document preserves the sequential pre-empirical testing and calibration work associated with the framework, including cross-domain packet construction, blinded corpus passes, richer synthetic pilot scoring, frozen recurrence checks, and bounded quasi-real pilot stages. It is explicitly pre-validation in status and does not claim final empirical validation of the framework or instruments. Its purpose is to document parameterization, calibration, threshold stress, recurrence behavior, and continuing observation of how the instrument family behaves across domains. r2_Richer_Standardized_Pilot_Corpus_Companion.docx Companion corpus appendix. This file preserves the richer synthetic case bank used for bounded pilot scoring across AI evaluation, institutional oversight, education/student-support, and clinical interpretation. It is a companion corpus resource rather than a validated benchmark dataset, and it should be read alongside the technical record rather than as a standalone validation claim. Interpretive status of the deposit This deposit does not claim completed empirical validation. The framework manuscript presents a bounded conceptual and formal architecture. The technical record and corpus companion document preliminary instrumentation, calibration-stage testing, packet refinement, and structured observation of threshold behavior, update pressure, recurrence, and related phenomena across multiple domains. The pre-empirical materials are included to preserve methodological legibility and development sequence, not to overstate the present stage of validation.
