Gurdhhu/extract_loci_from_blast: extract_loci_from_blast
Abstract
A python program that extracts sequences of loci that match to known reference sequences using a BLAST hit table and a FASTA file with queried contigs. If there are several local hits for a reference locus within the same contig, they are joined for the output together with low-similarity regions between them.
