Abstract

Computes time between event C (entry) and the first subsequent T (trophallaxis) from AllBehaviorData.csv, but only keep the pair if we can find (after that T) an X event whose (Trial ID, Real Time) matches a row in Focalbeetotalsbyentrance.csv. Key behavior: - Iterate chronologically (within groups). - For each C, find the first T after it. - After that T, scan forward until the FIRST X whose (Trial ID, Real Time_raw) exists in the dancer file (Focalbeetotalsbyentrance.csv). - Save one row per successful match. - Log errors for unresolved cases. Notes: - Matching between AllBehaviorData and the dancer file is done on RAW string values of (Trial ID, Real Time) to avoid datetime parsing mismatches.
