Abstract

SI20‑4: A UV‑Regulated Flat‑Background Spin‑2 Quantum Gravity Framework is a bundled preprint series presenting a perturbative spin‑2 quantum field theory defined on a featureless address space with a Lorentz‑covariant Planck UV cutoff \ell _P=\sqrt{\hbar G/c^3}. Derived from five axioms, the framework quantizes the massless spin‑2 field h_{mn} on a fixed Minkowski address system, reproduces general relativity for E\ll E_P, and provides explicit, parameter‑free predictions at Planckian scales. The bundle (Parts 0–5b) contains an Executive Summary; Main Paper (axioms, results, predictions); Theory (field construction and GR recovery); detailed calculations (entropy, singularity resolution, GW echoes, one‑loop corrections); nonperturbative analysis; and Planck‑lattice Monte‑Carlo code and data. Key results include UV‑finite graviton loops via a Planck cutoff; a one‑loop Hawking temperature correction with C_{QG}=49/6; a logarithmic entropy correction S=k_BA/(4\ell _P^2)-2k_B\ln (A/\ell _P^2); conditional GW echo estimates; and an L=2 Monte‑Carlo proof‑of‑concept with a production plan for L=4/L=8.
