Abstract

One axiom — a single wave on a strip with 120° twist — generates the structure of physical reality through fractal repetition. Three phase-locked modes at 120° produce an unavoidable 13.4% envelope ripple that constitutes spacetime itself; three modes do not exist in a medium, they create it. Each convergence point radiates three new modes at 4/3 the parent frequency, producing the next scale's medium and convergences. The dimensional structure is 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10: one wave, two chiralities, three phases, four dimensions per observer layer, nested fractally at every scale. This paper presents the framework and its evidence: 17 zero-parameter predictions verified across six domains of physics — coupling constants from one observer coordinate (α to 0.25%, sin²θ_W to 0.01%, Ω_b to 0.04%), particle properties (Koide Q to 0.0009%, pion mass to 0.4%, proton radius to 0.05%), cosmological parameters (H₀ tension resolved to 0.12%), all 92 elements on a 4/3 frequency ladder with 36/36 chemical bonds matching musical intervals, nuclear masses from one parameter (0.34% average across the periodic table), and planetary composition from surface gravity. Quark confinement emerges as the geometry of a cyclic strip refusing isolation. Forces are not fundamental — they are the observer's angular relationship to three phases of one wave. Eight new predictions are proposed, all testable with existing instruments. The unified field theory is not an equation. It is a geometry.
