Abstract

A theoretical working paper proposing a neuroscientific interpretive protocol grounded in CTPT (Cognitive Topological Phase Transition Theory). Argues that brain functions are globally closed coupling states supported by three topological roles (Anchor, Router, Amplifier), not intrinsic properties of anatomical regions; observable symptoms represent topological bottleneck stress release (Window Effect). Demonstrates CTPT's systematic advantage through reinterpretation of ten classic clinical cases and stress-testing against four extreme cases, with three explicit falsifiability conditions. Released as a proposal-based working paper open to critique and empirical challenge.
