Abstract

Demonstrates that GLP-1(7-36) decomposes into a 10-residue address domain and 20-residue operator domain (1/3 + 2/3 = buffer partition). Structured region = 23 residues exactly. Drug modification sites (DPP-4, acylation, Arg swap) occur at equation constants (1/15, 2/3, 14/15). Helix ratio = 3/2. GLP-1 signals through cAMP→CREB→Z-DNA formation, implementing the chirality switch. Predicts C23 fatty acid chain and dual acylation as geometrically optimal modifications. GCT Research Protocol II.
