Abstract

Presents a five-phase clinical trial framework for validating the cryo-coupling cancer intervention derived from Geometric Composition Theory (GCT). The framework decomposes the full protocol into independently testable components: Phase I (retrospective T1 quantization analysis), Phase II (mild cooling → quantized T1 steps in healthy volunteers), Phase III (GLP-1 → T1 changes in existing semaglutide patients), Phase IV (2×2 factorial cryo + GLP-1 synergy in cancer patients), and Phase V (full T1-guided protocol). Phases I-III require no cancer patients and no new drug approvals, enabling immediate parallel initiation.
