Abstract

Identifies that T1 = 1200ms = 25x48 = 48x25 is the unique crossing point of the denominator ladder (active tissue, T1 = 25xN) and numerator ladder (fat/inert tissue, T1 = 48xM) derived from the GCT equation alpha(3) = 48/25. This crossing coincides with high-grade cancer. A Z-Lock mechanism is proposed: inducing Z-DNA at cancer promoters via GLP-1 + mild cryotherapy flips the cell from the denominator ladder (proliferative) to the numerator ladder (inert) without changing T1. The cancer cell's own CpG hypermethylation stabilizes the Z-form permanently. The cell is not killed but permanently confused into fat-like metabolic quiescence.
