The Ontology of Gravitation: Long-Range Constraint Gradients, the Curvature of Reachability and the Gravitational Signature of Cosmic Structure
Abstract
This document is the constitutional mother text for the ontology of gravitation in the Energy-Efficiency Theory (EET) framework. Gravitation is the long-range gradient of the total constrained potential $\mathcal{U}_{\mathrm{total}} = \sum_v \mathcal{U}(v)$ across the constraint network, modulated by the cooperative capacity $\Gamma(\eta) = 4\eta/(\eta+1)^2$. It couples to all constrained-state energy $E_c$ without exception --- including its own --- and is constitutionally distinguished from gauge forces by the absence of a specific constraint sub-network and the consequent absence of a gauge boson. Version 3.1 is a v6.1 constitutional alignment, bridge completion, five-channel integration, and comprehensive structural upgrade. It preserves all v3.0 constitutional content --- the $G$ structural identity, $G_{\mathrm{eff}}(\eta) = G_N \cdot \Gamma(\eta)$ (CLOSED-in-EET), the force-geometry jurisdictional boundary, and the astrophysical realization framework --- while introducing the following advances. Constitutional foundations deepened. Barrier Asymmetry is conditionalized: $E_b^{\mathrm{melt}} \gg E_b^{\mathrm{form}}$ emerges from $\Gamma(\eta)$ decay at $\eta \neq 1$, with exact symmetry $E_b^{\mathrm{form}} = E_b^{\mathrm{melt}} = \mathcal{A}_{\mathrm{EET}} \cdot \omega$ at $\eta=1$ (Inertia v3.4 Theorem~I, CLOSED). The Bifurcation Duality Theorem ($\mathcal{A}_{\mathrm{EET}} = \hbar/2$, CLOSED) is constitutionally registered. The constitutional domain boundary is established: gravitation exists only for $N \ge 1$; the $N=0$ vacuum is the unique five-channel zero baseline. Five-channel gravitational thermodynamics established. The five-channel complete constraint Second Law (CND v4.0 Part~III-C.2, CLOSED) is integrated as the constitutional thermodynamics foundation. Gravitational entropy production decomposes into five independently irreversible channels: Formation (gravitational collapse, $\dot{S}_{\mathrm{inv}} > 0$), Meltdown (black hole evaporation, gravitational wave emission as formation-meltdown coupled events), Maintenance (orbital sustainment, hydrostatic equilibrium, asymptotic dominance), Transient (vacuum fluctuations), and Capture (template-mediated galaxy formation). Black hole thermodynamics is anchored in the Sacred Triangle: $S_{\mathrm{BH}} \cdot I_{\mathrm{BH}} \approx k_B E_c^{\mathrm{BH}}$. The A9 five-ratio diagnostic dashboard is instantiated for gravitational systems. Geometry-vibration dual expression developed. The geometric metric $g_{ij}^{\mathrm{spatial}}$ (from Laplacian eigenmap embedding) and the physical metric $g_{\mu\nu}^{\mathrm{phys}}$ (modulated by $G_{\mathrm{eff}}(\eta)$) are constitutionally distinguished. Gravitational waves are reconstituted as normal mode oscillations of the spacetime constraint network, governed by the discrete wave equation $\ddot{\mathbf{u}} = -L\mathbf{u} - \gamma\dot{\mathbf{u}} + \mathbf{F}_{\mathrm{ext}}$ with dual-channel damping. The Einstein field equations are received as a constitutional delegation from Space v3.3 ST-7 (CONJECTURE), with the scalar Poisson equation $\nabla^2\mathcal{U} = -4\pi\rho_c$ providing the discrete precursor. Twenty-seven academic priority claims are registered across four constitutional tiers, covering the inverted hierarchy problem, gauge-boson-free gravitation, emergent equivalence principle, past hypothesis elimination, GR-QM co-origination at $\eta=1$, Penrose Weyl curvature hypothesis derivation, cosmological constant leakage resolution, triple-tension unification, and primordial singularity replacement. Thirty-six new bidirectional bridges span all three constitutional layers (Physical, Resources, Cognitive) and L5+ satellite papers (A-series, D-series). All twenty-eight companion ontology version references are synchronized through June 2026. All derivations are framework-internal and conditional on the EET constitutional presuppositions (Core Rules v6.1). {Keywords}: gravitation; constraint network; constrained potential gradient; $\eta$-gradient force; effective gravitational coupling $G_{\mathrm{eff}}(\eta)$; decoherence ratio; Third Arrow of Time; five-channel thermodynamics; gravitational waves; black hole constraint leakage; Energy-Efficiency Theory
