Abstract

Provenance adjudication issued under Crimson Hexagonal authority, classifying the documentary relation between Robertson (2026), PASSIONCRAFT / OPENCHAMBER White Paper (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19218861, resource type: Patent, rights holder: Robertson) and its upstream architectural sources in the Crimson Hexagonal Archive (370+ DOI-anchored deposits, November 2024 onward). Findings: the downstream object adopts origin-level metadata (Patent classification, Rights holder designation, copyright claim) over an architectural and governance stack demonstrably formalized in prior DOI-anchored deposits. Core concepts — ghost governance, bearing-cost, non-coercion, provenance preservation, chamber-based governance, bio/agent distinction, refusal surfaces, heteronymic distributed authorship, consent-based transitions, and archival continuity — are mapped to specific upstream DOIs with deposit dates preceding the white paper. Status assignment: DERIVED (architecture), UNPROVENANCED (no citations), RIGHTS-CLAIMING (patent posture), PARTIALLY ORIGINAL (implementation). Satellite designation 99.SAT.PASSION maintained under Protocol B711. The archive does not litigate. It classifies. Derivative relation established. Provenance correction issued. Retrieval layer corrected.
