Global Systemic Observation — Transition Note (March 26, 2026) Abstract
Abstract
AbstractThis document establishes the transition from a completed retrospective analysis (February 26 – March 26, 2026) to a real-time structured observation phase.A baseline global systemic tension index is defined as T₀ = 0.63, representing an elevated but non-critical state of global conditions. No predictive claims or deterministic interpretations are made. The purpose of this transition is to initiate a controlled, unbiased observational framework for monitoring global dynamics over a defined time window. All subsequent records will be based exclusively on verifiable data, maintaining methodological neutrality and consistency.
