Abstract

Dataset (codes and figures) for Field‐controlled interfacial transport and pinning in an active spin system, Phys. Rev. E 114, 014108 (2026). A preprint is available on arXiv. CODES: For each considered field (homogeneous unidirectional, bidirectional and random orientational fields), a C++ code to compute the numerical simulations of the microscopic model and a C++ code to compute the numerical solutions of the hydrodynamic equations are available in this repository.Compile: g++ filename.cpp -fopenmp -lgsl -lgslcblas -lm -O3 -s -o filename.out.Run: ./filename.out -parameter=value.List of parameters for the numerical simulations: beta, h, D, epsilon, rho0, LX, LY, init, tmax, ran, threads (details as comments in the code).List of parameters for the hydrodynamic solutions: beta, epsilon, rho0, h, LX, LY, init, dt, tmax, dx, ran, threads (details as comments in the code). FIG1: Figure 1 "Steady-state features of 4-state APM under a homogeneous unidirectional field". FIG2: Figure 2 "Treadmilling of the longitudinal lane under a transverse field". FIG3: Figure 3 "Steady-state features of 4-state APM under a bidirectional field". FIG4: Figure 4 "Steady-state features of 4-state APM under a random orientational field". FIG5: Figure 5 "Hydrodynamic theory under a homogeneous unidirectional field". FIG6: Figure 6 "Hydrodynamic theory under bidirectional and random orientational fields". FIG7: Figure 7 "Non-motile APM under a homogeneous unidirectional field". FIG8: Figure 8 "Lane profiles and treadmilling velocity under a transverse field". FIG9: Figure 9 "Non-motile APM under a random orientational field".
