The Ontology of Xu and Shi: Energy's Two Fundamental Forms at the Functional Layer

What is the functional-layer grammar of resource conversion? This document provides the constitutional answer within the Energy-Efficiency Theory framework. The Energy Bifurcation Theorem (Two Forms of Energy v3.4) establishes that energy exists in two fundamental forms: free-state energy $E_f$ (propagating freely, requiring no maintenance) and constrained-state energy $E_c$ (locked into persistent configurations, requiring sustained maintenance power $\dot{E}_{\mathrm{main}} > 0$). The Xu-Shi Ontology projects this constitutional fact onto the functional layer of the Resources Constitution. \textbf{Xu} (虚) is the functional-layer projection of free-state energy --- uncommitted resource, available for allocation, the ``liquidity'' of the constraint network. \textbf{Shi} (实) is the functional-layer projection of constrained-state energy --- committed resource, persistent structure, the ``assets'' of the constraint network. Version 3.4 is a comprehensive constitutional alignment, Barrier Asymmetry conditionalization, dual-entropy integration, and structural upgrade. The Five Asymmetries that govern all Xu-Shi conversion are reconstituted from the unified projection of Barrier Asymmetry (v3.3) to the functional-layer expression of three independent constitutional engines (v3.4). The dual-entropy ontology (Entropy v3.3 + Inverse Entropy v3.3) is integrated as the physical-constitutional foundation: each constraint operation is simultaneously a physical entropy event and a functional-layer Xu$\leftrightarrow$Shi conversion event.
