Abstract

Generative SNUPI is a diffusion-based framework for designing DNA origami structures. Trained on equilibrium conformations simulated with the SNUPI multiscale analysis platform, it learns physically grounded structural priors to generate DNA origami designs from user-defined target geometries. The framework combines guided diffusion sampling and strand routing to produce physically plausible candidates. GenerativeSNUPI supports the design of complex DNA origami architectures.
