Non-Delegable Validation in AGI Systems: The Pacing Constraint of Stability (2.0.0)

This work extends the ORIGÓ License (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18423666) with a non-delegable validation clause and a pacing constraint. It introduces a validation architecture for high-capability AI systems in which:- reasoning may be delegated to AGI,- final validation remains structurally external,- and operational pace is bounded by the conditions required for effective oversight. The work formalises how the C–V–Z triad (correctability, value layer, protected zone) remains operational under advanced system conditions.
