Abstract

"Extends the Damru geometry (Singh 2026d) to a dynamic vortex model. Pion cloud fixes neutron charge radius sign (0.5%) and proton radius (0.2%). Guru Vortex rotation profile ω ∝ 1/r^(1-p) with p=e^(-3/4) gives magnetic moment ratio μ_p/μ_n = -1.456 (0.3% match). Same p gives H₀=72.94 at cosmic scale. 14 chapters, 12 figures.
