Abstract

Pre-registration document committing falsification thresholds for non-Markovian memory testing in two single-molecule biological systems: Kinesin-1 motor protein stepping (SYS-02) and Nav1.4 sodium channel gating (SYS-03). All thresholds are committed before any dataset listed herein is downloaded or examined. This Zenodo deposit constitutes the official pre-registration record. The Zenodo timestamp is the provenance anchor for all subsequent analyses described in this document. Universal pre-committed thresholds (carried forward unchanged from 17 February 2026 internal record DNA-CH-02): CV ceiling > 1.5 triggers glycerol analysis; delta-CV < -0.30 AND Spearman rho < -0.90 for Non-Markovian confirmed verdict; |delta-CV| < 0.15 AND |rho| < 0.30 for Markov consistent. SYS-02 (Kinesin-1): flagged at early audit CV estimate 1.733 from synthetic calibration. Primary dataset: Schnitzer and Block (1997). Analysis priority 1. SYS-03 (Nav1.4): flagged at early audit CV estimate 1.586. Primary dataset: Hille group or French group single-channel patch-clamp recordings. Analysis priority 2. Companion documents: R1 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17959914), Paper B (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19228687), Paper C (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19228700). All downstream implementations remain under Broomhead Sovereign Private Trust sovereign control. Patent application in preparation (Spruson and Ferguson, Brisbane).
