Abstract

A modular computational engine that extracts 31 deterministic spectral features (29 core, 2 Euler-specific) from any system with a linear operator and discrete spectrum. Developed from the Riemann zeta function and validated on 16 domains with 12 application engines, 5 pipelines, and 19 interactive visualizations. v3.1.0 adds CF-integer feature extraction (10 per-eigenvalue, 4 cross-eigenvalue) and STA-derived zero localization for the Riemann zeta function. The fundamental decomposition separates infrastructure (universal amplitude decay f(b) = b/(b+1)), signal (zero-specific phase tuning), and arithmetic structure (Channel A) as three orthogonal channels.
