CAPP-A(d,i): A Multiplicative Human Performance Index for the AI Age — Six Dimensions, Domain-AI Aptitude Split, and KairOS Integration
Abstract
Extends the CAPA framework (Curiosity, Attitude, Passion, Aptitude) with two discoveries: (1) Persistence as the fifth dimension — empirically distinguished from Passion through evidence of 5 failed search systems leading to a 6th that works, and 224 AI services built through systematic wall-breaking; (2) The Aptitude split into A(d) domain aptitude (earned through years of field work, irreplicable by AI) and A(i) AI-enabled aptitude (skill gaps that AI fills, accessible to anyone). The complete formula — C × A × P × P₂ × A(d) × A(i) — is multiplicative: one zero collapses all, and the lowest number offers exponential leverage. Integrated with the Kshetra (field of formation) and KairOS (moment recognition) frameworks. Validated by the builder case study: same person scored near-zero at TCS (2014-2019, A(i)=0) and 900,000 at ANKR (2024-2026, A(i)=9, Claude Code removed the gate). Includes HR intervention protocol: profile all 6 dimensions, find the zero, fix only the zero, measure quarterly. The ChatGPT wrapper equation — A(d)=0 × A(i)=8 = 0 — proves that AI without domain depth produces nothing. Domain depth without AI produces unexpressed knowledge. The multiplication of both produces outsized, unreplicable output. Published as IP disclosure with behavioral measurement scales (0-10 per dimension), diagnostic protocol, org-level scoring, and dynamic success definition.
