The Caesura: A Sovereignty Audit Protocol Derived from Luke 20:24–25 (EA-CAESURA-01)
Abstract
Three-document fulfillment pair: (a) hermeneutic reading of Luke 20:24–25 as a sovereignty audit protocol, (b) formal σ_FC specification implemented in Gravity Well v0.6.0, (c) integrity lock certifying mutual fulfillment φ(A,B)=TRUE ∧ φ(B,A)=TRUE. The Caesura parses sovereignty claims on commons substrates, isolates them to auditable headers, and prevents claim-substrate collapse. Render recognition to Caesar; render substrate away from him.
