Abstract

Within a refined projective octonionic family, we identify a champion point reproducing simultaneously the five CKM observables (|V_us|, |V_cb|, |V_ub|, |J_CP|, |δ|_PDG) within 2σ of the PDG reference values. The point is reproducible across independent computational modules, unitary at machine precision, and stable under 10^-4 level perturbations. No CKM observable is injected as an input; the result is obtained by a constrained exploration of a finite family of internally motivated octonionic couplings. The full CKM pattern emerges from a constrained scan over six internal parameters (α_1, α_2, φ_2, ε_u, ε_d, ε_{2q}) inside a finite, geometrically motivated coupling family. The protected triplet (2,4,6), the quark correction channel (3,4,7), and the underlying coupling directions are fixed by the geometric framework established in companion papers. We separate clearly what is established numerically and structurally from what remains a physical interpretation of the framework. Five physical claims of increasing speculative weight are presented: (1) three generations as an algebraic constraint from q=7 = dim(Im O); (2) CKM reconstructed rather than postulated, with Cabibbo from heptagonal geometry, V_cb from protected-mode lifting, and CP violation from projective mixing; (3) a structurally preferred light mode m_1=0 via the identity P_sing = 1_{0}(H_mass); (4) the simple CKM phase relation δ ≈ π/2 - 2θ_C ≈ 64°; (5) quark-lepton conjugacy as a programme constraint. This note complements the Discrete Dirac Identity paper (10.5281/zenodo.19432812), which provides the algebraic backbone.
