Abstract

This document establishes the canonical conformance-suite framework governing the existence, structure, and usage boundary of the official conformance gate for the CAIS / Sal-Meter framework. It fixes the structural rule that valid claims of conformance, compliance, verified status, readiness status, reviewed status, or equivalent recognition may arise only after passage through the applicable conformance pathway under SICS authority. It defines the official components of the conformance suite, including:(1) official conformance test architecture,(2) official reference dataset architecture,(3) QC and leakage-control architecture,(4) calibration workflow architecture,(5) reference material and consumable architecture,(6) registry and record logic,(7) non-public component logic,and(8) audit, reassessment, suspension, revocation, and version-control rules. Its purpose is not to publish every hidden operational detail of the gate, but to fix the fact that the gate exists, that it is governed by SICS, and that no valid claim of compliance or verified status may bypass it. Publication of this document does not grant any patent license, certification status, authorized-user status, implementation approval, commercial exclusivity, mark entitlement, or automatic right to claim compliance under the CAIS / Sal-Meter framework. This document should be read together with the applicable canonical records governing claims and terminology control, certification and mark usage, compliance boundary, device-class logic, derivative-system rules, and related CAIS / Sal-Meter architecture.
