Publication & Communications Boundary v1.0: Canonical Rules for Publication, Presentation, Media, Recruitment, and Public-Facing Communications for CAIS / Sal-Meter Systems
Abstract
This document establishes the canonical public-communications boundary governing publication, presentation, publicity, outreach, recruitment, media language, and public-facing descriptive use within the CAIS / Sal-Meter framework. It defines the formal rules for:(1) public-facing status disclosure,(2) mandatory canonical citation,(3) research-only and non-clinical boundary language,(4) pre-approval requirements for selected public releases,(5) publication, conference, poster, slide, website, and repository communications,(6) media, interview, and social-media communications,(7) hiring and recruitment communications,(8) external laboratory and contractor communications,(9) competition and participant communications,and(10) derivative-system public descriptions. Its purpose is not to suppress scientific exchange, but to preserve structural integrity:to prevent premature claim inflation, helper materials being mistaken for canonical authority, exploratory results being presented as compliance or certification, and unauthorized public representation of SICS authority. Publication of this document does not grant any patent license, publication approval right, media authorization right, canonical authority, certification authority, mark entitlement, or automatic right to speak on behalf of SICS, CAIS, or the Sal-Meter framework. This document should be read together with the applicable canonical records governing claims and terminology control, certification and mark usage, conformance architecture, compliance boundary, derivative-system rules, and related CAIS / Sal-Meter architecture.
