Abstract

Source data for manuscript "Distinct cell-type contributions and network topography of theta-nested gamma oscillations in the medial entorhinal cortex". Submitted to eLife April 2026. CaMK2-ChR2 PatchLFP Data.zip: Raw Data folder contains raw patch clamp and local field potential data (.abf) files. Info folder contains corresponding cell type and experimental protocols for each data file. CaMK2-ChR2 Voltage Imaging and LFP Data.zip: Each voltage imaging field of view contains raw local field potential recording (.abf) and extracted voltage traces from neurons in raw video (.mat) for each stimulation protocol. The .mat file also contains processed neuronal and LFP data.
