This dataset accompanies the article Post-agreement acceleration of habitat loss and landscape connectivity decline in and around Colombian protected areas. It includes the main tabular and spatial data products used to analyze habitat loss and landscape connectivity in Colombian protected areas and their surrounding buffers for the 2009–2016 and 2016–2023 periods.
