3D Photonics Paper 2 v0.2 — Release Package

This record fixes the final bundled release state for 3D Photonics Paper 2 v0.2. The package contains the main paper, supplementary files (SI-0, SI-1, SI-2), INSTALL_ME, a SHA256 manifest, and signed release metadata. Together, these files define the Phase 2 criteria layer for the 3D Photonics line, including the reference use-case, measurement vocabulary, scope control, and translation / interpretation governance. This package is intended to be read in continuity with Paper 1. Individual files may also exist as separate Zenodo records, but this record fixes the final bundled release state for the package.
