Abstract
This is the Final Synthesis of the Abebe Tensility Framework. It declares the Abebe Tensility Law as a complete, internally closed universal structural law governing coherence and first failure in any bound system. Based solely on the sealed results of Papers 0, 4, and 6, the work establishes faithful carrier-burden reduction, the Core/Buffer/Echo partition, and Φ_z = 2 as the invariant structural attractor across all scales.
