Kevinnota/NED-flow: NED-flow – Initial release

Initial release of NED-flow. NED-flow is a suite for taxonomic classification of reads obtained from shotgun-sequenced ancient environmental samples. The tool can also be applied to ancient bone samples. It includes a database manager, a Nextflow-based pipeline for reference database indexing and read mapping, as well as a dedicated read classification module. NED-flow is under active development, but this release represents a stable version.
